Meaning
Archana is a special, personal, abbreviated Puja done by Temple priests in which the name, birth star and family lineage of a devotee are recited to invoke individual guidance and blessings. Archana also refers to chanting the names of the Deity, which is a central part of every puja. The Sanskrit meaning is "honouring, praising."
Vision
Prayers conducted with specific objectives in mind can be addressed with the Sahaayata Vinayaka Archana Puja, a ritual which is the physical form of prayer.
Essence
Sahaayata Vinayaka Archana Puja, though can be conducted on behalf of participants (online / in person) for a focused fulfillment of a desire or deliverance of solution to a problem, the essence of this puja is to make the participants personally participate and go through the ritual themselves in person or remotely, rather than delegating it to a priest. Prayers sent personally to God are more genuine and powerful than sending them through another person with all due respects to the priests who are more knowledgeable and more experienced in their chosen domain. At the same time, the devotee is not experiencing the Divine aspects of sharanagathi (surrender), pavitrata (sacredness), tapana (passion), bhakti (love of god), kruthagnatha (gratitude) etc. as much as it is required which are not only one’s growth in one’s spiritual journey but also are pre-requisites of the prayer.
Solution
To enhance the power and results of a prayer, Sahaayata Vinayaka Archana Puja is being organised on the Chaturthi Day of different months at Sahaayata Vinayaka Temple, Brahmapur, Odisha and one can participate physically or even remotely in the comfort of one’s home.
Scope
The Sahaayata Vinayaka Archana Puja is not restricted to Hindus alone, but embraces people from all faiths and beyond. One can do the Puja by worshiping their Divine in whichever form or way, they wish to worship.
Procedure
Upon registration, the Prayer Instructions and the procedure shall be emailed to you. We shall also be praying at the Sahaayata Vinayaka Temple, Brahmapur and the blessed Puja Samagri and Prashad along with the Ahvanam picture of Sahaayata Vinayaka shall be posted to you.
Dakshina
Dakshina is Rs 101/- for the Puja which is not only to cover the Puja Samagri expenses and Ahvahanam Picture of Sahaayata Vinayaka but also is an offering as gratitude to the Divine work. It is said "Manav Seva is Madhav Seva". The Dakshina will be used for serving the poor and the devotees. Prasadam will be sent to people registering to participate from their respective locations.
